Lottery-Chinese Red Envelope

I won another lottery from an active Instagram postcrosser from Singapore. Instead of a postcard, I won a red envelope.packet, in time for the Chinese New Year last month. This is the first time I received such red envelope or ang pao in Filipino. This is a tradition of Chinese people where they put money in red envelopes and give during celebration such as weddings and New Year. I received this yesterday parcel, March 7, 2018  together with other  four postcards.
