The second postcard for this month is from Russia. I received it last yesterday, August 3, 2018, covered 9,620 and traveled for 30 days. This depicts The Artiller Musuem in Winter by P.I Tamanskii, 1849-1860. Thank you very much sender for this postcard!

I received this yesterday, July 30, 2018 from Japan! This traveled for 15 days and covered 3,276 km!

This said to depict the Toro Nagashi event where they send lanterns on the river in memory of their beloved family member. Isn't it amazing and beautiful?

Postcard from Russia

The sender gave me a postcard in return of the postcard that I sent to her in Postcrossing.
I was puzzled but amazed when I discovered that this is a some kind of  Holographic postcard where it will come alive when you watch in your smartphone. A certain app must be downloaded to see it.
Its my first time to received such kind of postcard. Thank you very much sender! I love the concept of this postcard. I received this card last July 26, 2018.
